Hello

Patrizia Sicari is a native of Rome, Italy. She is now a New Yorker and owner of the eclectic jewelry and art boutique Azzurrini Fine Art and Jewelry—named after her maternal grandmother—located in the Kitano Hotel on 38th and Park Avenue. An artist herself, she was trained by masters in art and jewelry from a young age, including Helene Arpels and her partner Andre Azria, Beginning with her studies at FIT and going to auctions with her mentors, Patrizia has developed a keen eye for elegance that is demonstrated in the beautiful artifacts that she displays in her store.

Azzurrini fine art

Welcome to Azzurrini Fine Art, we hope that our passion for jewelry shines through to you. At Azzurrini, we specialize in fine jewelry, paintings, and other multi-modal works of art. We have selectively chosen our pieces from estate sales spanning across the country.

We have exclusive pieces of art from notable designers and owners. Included in our collection are Cartier pieces from the estate of Barbara “Joe Carstairs” Marion, the heir to Standard Oil. In our collection, we hold a Moser glass made of Alexandrite and an Art Deco glass decanter from the financier, Harry Oppenheimer, an avid collector of period glass.

Additionally, we have the artwork and English majolica from the David Whitney Estate. From the Italian artist Rinaldo Fratolillo, we are in possession of his classic sculpture, “Two Hearts Held Together By a Good Screw”. We have priceless home decor and jewelry from Doc J. Thurston, a philanthropist, and engineer for NASA. We have side table lamps from the estate of author Dorothea Benton Frank. From the Mellon estate, we are in possession of a bronze Japanese censer from the early 20th century. We proudly are in possession of a painting from Beverly Sills, the notable Opera Singer.

Additionally, in our collection we have Pilsner glasses from John Perone, an Italian from Torino who famously opened a speak-easy in New York City, the EL MAROCCO, that drew socialites from near and far, which soon became the Cafe Society. We have a collection of personal watches from the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s from Ruth Profit, a socialite who transitioned to work for the CIA. In addition to our collection, Azzurrini can help to preserve and retouch your own priceless jewelry. Ensure that your heirloom jewelry is in pristine condition with services from our bench jeweler. We also specialize in jewelry reproduction by taking elements of your favorite pieces and making them your own.
